Inspiration, innovation and flexibility

When developing organizations, it is essential to know the direction. But what determines the direction of development? An organization, regardless of whether it is an SME, institute or association, tries to adapt to changing conditions through its own development. However, it is in the nature of changing conditions that they will continue to change in the future. If the desired direction of development is geared exclusively to the current conditions or to an anticipated near future, in many cases the initiated change will already be outdated tomorrow. Such a development strategy becomes a zigzag course and the energy invested by the organization and employees is wasted. What provides orientation for employees today will be negligible tomorrow. In the long term, there will be a high degree of frustration with change among all stakeholders, employees, customers and suppliers.

However, in order to be able to shape the direction of development organically and sustainably, the organization's vision, in addition to the changing conditions, essentially sets the direction.
The vision is the stable anchor in volatile (constantly changing) markets and times. It is our task to turn the vision into a clear, directional, stable signpost. Strong enough to be successful in stormy times.

Inspiration & Innovation & Flexibilität

Three terms - inspiration, innovation and flexibility - that are very attractive to many companies and at the same time sound like a luxury that you can't afford in stressful everyday life.

In a 2015 research paper entitled "Idea & Form - Drafting an Empirical Ontology of the Organization", we were able to show very clearly how lived values in an organization fit in with a chosen structure and processes. This in turn can have an inspiring effect and a significant influence on communication, both formal and informal. Ultimately, this leads to a high density of innovative products and developments and provides a high degree of flexibility in market opportunities.

We will be happy to show you how values guide an organization on this path and how values have a direct influence on talent management.
