This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “Ea$y Accounting” (iOS and Android), developed and operated by idea&form GmbH.

Ea$y Accounting (“we”, “us”) provides simple bookkeeping tools.
We process data only to provide and improve the app.
We, idea&form GmbH, respect your privacy.

Data we process

• Account info (email), company profile (name, address, currency, country)
• Transactions (date, amount, category, notes)
• Attachments you choose to add (e.g., receipt photos/PDFs)
• Basic diagnostics and crash logs (via Expo/Google Play)

Permissions

• Camera / Photos: only to capture or attach receipts you choose. You can delete attachments at any time inside the app.

How we use and share data

• To operate features (record transactions, backups, reports, sharing exports)
• We do not sell data.
• Service providers: Google Firebase (database/storage), Expo/Google Play (build, diagnostics), device mail client (when you send reports). They act as processors under their own policies.

Storage & retention

• Data is stored securely on servers operated by Google Firebase.
• We keep data until you delete it in the app or request deletion.

Your choices

• You can export data (CSV/PDF) and delete transactions/attachments.
• For account/data deletion requests, contact us.

Data Collection

We process data you provide (e.g., email, company details) and data created in the app (transactions, documents).

Data Usage 

• To provide and improve the app.
• Data is stored securely in Firebase (Google LLC, USA).

Your Rights 

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
